We are a law firm originated in 1985 from a mixture of talents and expertise in different branches of law, reinventing itself over the years according to the needs demanded by the legal environment to later on consolidate as “Escalante, Peña & Asociados SC ”; currently we have specialists in labor, criminal, electoral and administrative matters.

Escalante, Peña & Asociados emerges as a firm that gives legal advice in the different branches of law, but also, gives legal training and preventive actions in legal matters. Inside our business framework we include employment and labor law issues, as well as administrative training for companies or labor unions.

On criminal law matters, we offer programs on how to prevent crime —having the respective Mexican federal registry—, as well as proper defense on trial and legal guidance to the victims.

In electoral matters, we offer legal advice to political parties and candidates, having the registry at the “Instituto Nacional Electoral”; likewise, we offer training programs on the electoral context, covering all its facets such as campaign or financial subjects, as well as the strategy and legal defense that would be needed.

On the administrative branch, we offer legal assistance and procedure monitoring of the government financial inspection on the public budget, as well as legal defense in case of negative results on the audits. We also provide assistance on administrative matters between private individuals.
